The PowerXL Air Fryer Grill B-AFO-002G is a door-front countertop oven with an air-fry fan, a grill plate and a manual-documented rotisserie mode. It is not a pull-out-basket fryer. The model-labelled owner manual lists a 930-cubic-inch interior, 1,500 watts at 120 V/60 Hz, a 200–450°F temperature control and a timer from 1 to 120 minutes. It does not give a nominal quart capacity. Those distinctions matter more than the broad “air fryer” label: a buyer comparing drawer capacity should not convert oven volume into quarts or assume the accessories make a second cooking zone.

An oven cavity, not a large basket
The front door opens onto one cooking cavity with shelf positions. You choose an accessory and position for the job, then set one temperature, function and mechanical timer. The manual's air-fry instructions use the crisper tray at position 4; its Grill and Air Fry/Grill instructions place the grill plate at position 6. That lets you choose among a perforated air-fry surface, a ridged grilling surface and the other oven accessories, but there is still only one controlled cooking area. Food cannot be assigned separate temperatures or synchronized finish times in the way it can in a true dual-drawer machine.
The manual reports 930 internal cubic inches, not a quart claim or a usable tray-area measurement. It lists accessory load limits instead: up to 10 pounds on the crisper tray, six 4-ounce burgers on the grill plate, and four pounds on the rotisserie spit. Those are individual accessory limits, not a promise that the entire cavity can cook that amount evenly at once. For a household that routinely shakes a small batch in a drawer, a conventional basket model may be simpler. For someone who wants a door, several rack positions and dedicated grill/rotisserie choices, the oven layout is the point.
What the controls and modes ask of you
Three analogue knobs set temperature or toast darkness, select a function and set time. The manual lists Air Fry, Air Fry/Grill, Grill, Broil, Bake/Pizza, Toast/Bagel, Reheat and Rotisserie. Air Fry uses the fan and side/bottom elements; Grill is described with the grill plate and top/bottom heat; Broil uses the top element without the fan. Rotisserie uses the supplied-style spit-and-fork arrangement described in the guide, although the manual also cautions that accessory quantities can vary. This is more hands-on than tapping a touchscreen preset: the cook chooses the mode and rack position, and the manual provides separate instructions rather than a sensor-based program.
The timer has a small usability wrinkle. For a cook shorter than 20 minutes, the manual says to turn past the 20-minute mark and then back to the desired time. This is an analogue timer setting procedure, not a special automatic short-cycle program, so pay attention when setting it. The 200–450°F control range and 1–120-minute timer are useful published limits, but they do not establish temperature accuracy, preheat speed or results for a particular recipe. The manual recommends preheating for a few minutes before cooking and says to use the door's shelf markings for the recipe's position.
Cleaning, fit and package checks
Expect oven-style handling: the manual warns that surfaces become very hot and says to allow the unit to cool before cleaning. It recommends hand-washing accessories. It does not identify a dishwasher-safe pull-out basket, because this model has no pull-out basket; the glass door is not the same thing as a viewing window in a cooking basket. The guide calls the grill plate nonstick but does not identify the coating chemistry. If material composition, dishwasher cleaning or a removable basket is essential, this manual does not confirm those requirements and the model should not be treated as a match.
The manual-index listing and model-labelled specification table confirm B-AFO-002G, but they do not settle current store availability, exact exterior dimensions, or what a particular seller includes. Confirm the model code and the actual accessory bundle before purchase, especially if the rotisserie spit or grill plate is the reason for choosing it. A PowerXL Air Fryer Home B-AFO-002 is another documented oven-form reference, but its manual lists a different function set without this model's separate Grill and Rotisserie operating plans. If a simpler one-drawer unit is more important than grill accessories and oven racks, shop by basket layout instead of choosing this oven for its capacity number.
Best fit: a cook who wants an analogue, single-cavity countertop oven and intends to use the documented grill plate or rotisserie setup. Look elsewhere: anyone who needs two independently controlled baskets, synchronized finish, a confirmed dishwasher-safe basket, or a nominal-quart minimum.
