Compare air fryers by the job they need to do
Separate the loading format from independently controlled cooking zones, then compare controls, temperature range and material disclosures. The COSORI Iconic CAF-SE601S-CUS adds a 304 stainless-steel basket body, six modes and connected setting changes but remains one zone and needs a local press to start. COSORI’s 9-quart CAF-R901-AUS has two separate 4.5-quart drawers; the similarly sized TWINFRY CAF-TF901-KUS has one wide drawer that divides into two zones or opens into a GrandZone. The Dual Blaze CAF-P583S-KUS is another one-basket option: COSORI describes heating from above and below and twelve adjustable presets, but the fryer still has one zone, a 175–400°F range, and no remote start. The light-gray TurboBlaze CAF-DC601-AUS is a distinct one-basket listing; its title/package say 6.0 quarts while its Product Specs say 6.5 quarts, and the exact listing does not document app control. By contrast, the 13-quart CAF-R121-SUS is an oven cavity with four tray levels and one active program; its trays do not mimic a dual drawer. A larger single cavity and two separate drawers solve different meal and counter problems.
The Philips 1000 Series NA110/00 is the smaller, analog-control alternative: its U.S. page lists a 3.4-quart nominal basket and 392°F maximum, but no window, connected fryer control or saved programs. Its published 120 V / 1,500 W table does not state a usable frequency, so the exact rating plate still matters. Read the NA110/00 review and compact-basket portion guide before comparing its batch scale with larger drawers. The Philips 2000 Series NA220/00R0 and NA221/00R0 are another useful contrast: both offer a window on a single 4.4-quart basket, not two simultaneous zones. The Philips NA555/00 takes the opposite approach: two drawers of unequal size, with steam and steam-plus-air-fry in the large drawer only. Its 6.3-quart and 3.2-quart capacities make it a different main-and-side arrangement from COSORI's equal-size dual baskets. Read the steam-basket planning guide before assuming both drawers can steam. The 2000 Series manual still calls for turning or shaking some food, and its pan's nominal volume should not be mistaken for a large one-layer load. See the Philips 2000 Series assessment and window-versus-capacity guide before deciding which difference matters.
