A useful fit for

A household wanting a door-front countertop oven with air frying, toast/bagel, rotisserie, Dehydrate and dough-proofing in one cavity, plus app monitoring and settings control after a local start.

The main tradeoff

It uses one cooking program at a time and has a larger, hotter countertop footprint than a pull-out basket. Remote starting, independent zones, basket-window requirements, dishwasher-safe accessories and coating chemistry are not confirmed; its Sous Vide page claim is not documented with a manual range/setup.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Do you want a door-front oven cavity rather than a pull-out basket?

CS130-AO is a single-cavity countertop oven. Its included fry basket is an accessory used inside the oven, not a separate pull-out drawer.

Explore this need in the finder →
Is an approximate 32-quart nominal capacity enough for your target?

The manual lists approximately 32 qt / 30 L and the manufacturer gives a six-slice toast and 13-inch pizza example; this is not an independently measured usable-volume promise.

Explore this need in the finder →
Do you need a dough-proofing function in one cooking zone?

The named Ferment function is documented for proofing bread, rolls, pizza and dough at 80–110°F for 30 minutes to 12 hours. It remains one oven cavity, not a second zone.

Explore this need in the finder →
Is a 24-hour Dehydrate program essential?

The manual documents Dehydrate at 100–180°F for 30 minutes to 24 hours. The 24-hour maximum belongs to that function, not to every program.

Explore this need in the finder →
Do you want app progress and setting changes after a local start?

The manual documents remote monitoring and control of oven functions/settings, but explicitly excludes starting cooking remotely.

Explore this need in the finder →
Is digital feedback on the appliance important?

The exact model has an LED display with Function and Time/Temp knobs. It is digital-with-knobs, not an analogue-only interface.

Explore this need in the finder →
Do you need the included rotisserie operation while also requiring two independent zones?

Rotisserie hardware and a Rotisserie function are listed, but the appliance has one cavity and cannot provide a second independently set zone.

Explore this need in the finder →
Are dishwasher-safe accessories essential?

The manual gives hand-cleaning directions but does not confirm dishwasher compatibility. If dishwasher safety is essential, do not count this model as confirmed.

The COSORI 30-Liter Smart Air Fryer Toaster Oven, model CS130-AO, is a door-front countertop oven that includes an Air Fry mode. Its approximate 32-quart / 30-liter cavity, six-slice toaster specification and 13-inch pizza example put it in a very different size class from a drawer fryer. It has one oven cavity and one active cooking program at a time. The included fry basket sits on a rack inside that cavity; it is not a second pull-out drawer or an independently controlled zone.

Measure the counter and the food you actually cook

COSORI lists this oven at about 32 quarts / 30 liters and says it can accommodate six slices of toast or a 13-inch pizza. Those are useful reference points, not an independently measured usable-volume figure or a guarantee that every 13-inch pan will fit. The user manual lists the package as the oven, wire rack, food tray, crumb tray, fry basket, rotisserie fork set and handle, plus a recipe book and printed instructions. It shows three rack positions—top, middle and low—with different trays assigned to different functions. Multiple positions help change where food sits in the same cavity; they do not let two dishes run at separate settings.

The listed dimensions are 20.1 × 16.5 × 12.1 inches (L × W × H), and the listed 19.6-pound weight includes accessories. Measure the counter, door swing, the path needed to remove hot trays and the outlet location before treating those numbers as a fit. The manual tells owners to use a stable, heat-resistant surface and warns that the exterior and door become hot. It does not give a numeric clearance figure in the pages reviewed, so do not treat the product dimensions as a complete installation plan. The electrical specification is AC 120 V, 60 Hz and 1,800 W; check that the intended grounded outlet and counter location suit that load.

Separate the named programs from a marketing count

The manual's quick-reference chart names Toast, Bagel, Pizza, Bake, Roast, Air Fry, Broil, Cookies, Rotisserie, Dehydrate, Ferment and Warm. Toast and Bagel use automatic temperature with a seven-level darkness setting. The chart gives Pizza, Bake and Broil ranges of 150–450°F; Roast, Air Fry and Rotisserie 150–400°F; Dehydrate 100–180°F for 30 minutes to 24 hours; Ferment 80–110°F for 30 minutes to 12 hours; and Warm 140–230°F for up to 12 hours. Several high-temperature programs are limited to six hours. These are the manufacturer's controls, not food-tested results or recipe guarantees.

The documentation is not perfectly aligned: the product-page title says “12-in-1,” while another feature panel lists 13 presets and includes Sous Vide. The linked 32-page U.S. manual's chart has the 12 named programs above but no Sous Vide range or setup instructions. If Sous Vide is essential, treat it as unverified here and check the current in-app instructions rather than assuming that a preset list establishes its operating limits. The manual does document Ferment for proofing bread, rolls, pizza and dough, so this model can meet a proofing need through that named mode without a separate mode literally called “Proof.”

Automatic preheat is listed for Air Fry, Bake, Broil, Cookies, Pizza and Roast, and the manual says the preheat step can be skipped. Fan controls cycle through normal, high and off, but the oven sets the fan automatically for Air Fry and Dehydrate and does not use it for Toast or Bagel. If you choose this model for one of its low-temperature modes, read that mode's range rather than relying on the full 80–450°F product specification.

Smart control does not mean unattended remote starting

The VeSync app can monitor progress and control the oven's functions and settings, but the manual explicitly excludes starting a cooking cycle remotely for safety reasons. Start the cook at the oven, then use the app for supported adjustments or monitoring; a required remote-start feature is a mismatch. The front panel has an LED display and separate Function and Time/Temp knobs, alongside light/unit, fan and Start/Cancel controls. This suits someone who wants both direct controls and connected monitoring, but not someone who wants a simple mechanical dial-only unit or a device that starts dinner from a phone while nobody is present.

Plan for trays, heat and cleaning

An oven cavity brings more pieces and hot surfaces than a single drawer. The manual says to keep the crumb tray below the heating elements during cooking, clean the accessories and interior after use, let the unit cool, and use soft, non-abrasive cleaners; it warns against abrasive pads and metal utensils. COSORI describes the interior as nonstick and the door as glass, but the sources reviewed do not establish the contact-coating chemistry, PFAS-free status or dishwasher safety for the accessories. If dishwasher cleaning is an essential requirement, this documentation does not confirm it. The page's silver finish should not be mistaken for a claim that the cooking accessories are stainless steel.

There is also a warranty-term difference worth resolving at purchase: the current product page advertises a two-year limited warranty, while the linked manual contains one-year limited-warranty terms. Check the terms that apply to the exact model and seller rather than relying on a copied warranty headline.

Choose the oven form only if its tradeoffs fit

CS130-AO is the stronger fit when you want an oven cavity that can toast, bake, broil, roast, air-fry, dehydrate or ferment, plus included rotisserie hardware and documented phone monitoring. It is not the right answer to a need for two independent zones, two physical pull-out baskets, a basket viewing window, confirmed dishwasher-safe parts or remote cooking start. If you want a smaller oven-style COSORI, compare the 13-quart CAF-R121-SUS; if a drawer workflow matters more than oven functions, compare the 6-quart TurboBlaze. For two independently set air-frying baskets, the TWINFRY is the more relevant shape to assess. This guide uses the exact model's manufacturer page and manual; it does not claim independent cooking, speed, noise or energy testing.
