Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Would a 7.2 L windowed drawer with one shared cooking zone suit your usual batches?
Philips's exact NA341/00 table lists 7.2 L, one removable basket and a transparent window/lid. The air fryer has one set of controls, not two independent zones.
Explore this need in the finder →Is documented U.S. 120 V / 60 Hz supply an essential requirement?
The exact table specifies 2,000 W at 220–240 V / 50 Hz. That does not document a 120 V / 60 Hz U.S. configuration.
Explore this need in the finder →Do you need two separately controlled cooking zones rather than one large basket?
The exact NA341/00 table says one basket. It cannot meet an essential dual-zone request, despite its multiple cooking-method list.
Explore this need in the finder →Must an exact manufacturer source confirm a 400°F-or-higher maximum?
The product table and NA34X EU9 family manual both give 200°C, equivalent to about 392°F. Do not treat the marketing function count as evidence of a 400°F setting.
Explore this need in the finder →Is a dishwasher-cleanable pan and basket useful for your cleanup routine?
The code-linked NA34X family manual says the pan and basket can be cleaned in a dishwasher. This family manual is not a guarantee about unlisted accessories or the exact retail package.
Explore this need in the finder →Do you require an explicit PFAS-free statement for the cooking surface?
The exact technical table says non-stick, but it does not identify the chemistry or claim PFAS-free. Unknown chemistry cannot meet an essential disclosure need.
Explore this need in the finder →The Philips 3000 Series NA341/00 is a large, windowed single-basket air fryer. Philips’s exact product page labels it “7.6 Qt,” while its specifications list 7.2 L; those are consistent units for the same nominal volume, not two capacity versions. The more important specification for a U.S. buyer is electrical: the exact table says 2,000 W, 220–240 V and 50 Hz. That makes this a regional reference configuration, not a normal U.S. 120 V / 60 Hz purchase recommendation.
What that capacity and window do—and do not—buy you
NA341/00 uses one removable drawer with one cooking zone. The product page describes a cooking window and lists a transparent lid; the exact Philips gallery shows a dark appliance with a broad clear upper/front panel and a digital top display. Seeing the food is useful when you want to check browning without relying only on the timer, but it does not create another basket or another temperature setting. If dinner needs a main and side cooked at different times or temperatures, plan on separate batches rather than synchronized dual-zone finishing.
The listed dimensions are 453 × 333 × 303.5 mm (about 17.8 × 13.1 × 11.9 inches), with a 5.9 kg weight and a 1 m cord. Those numbers are more useful for counter planning than the “full family meals” language: leave the manual’s stated 10 cm clearance on all sides and above, and keep the exhaust unobstructed. The nominal 7.2 L figure is not a guarantee of servings or a flat usable cooking area.
Count the modes carefully
Philips’s technical table lists 12 programs, while the product copy promotes 16 cooking functions and methods. The same table confirms a digital interface, adjustable thermostat, timer, keep-warm function and automatic shutoff. “Connectivity: Yes” appears beside “Remote control: No.” The exact support material and family manual do not explain what the connectivity field enables for this suffix, so do not assume phone-based monitoring, setting changes or remote start. Likewise, do not treat every method named in marketing as a distinct preset button.
Use the NA34X manual as family guidance, not as box-specific proof
Philips’s NA341/00 support profile links an English EU9 manual whose cover and cooking tables use the NA34X family label rather than printing the full /00 suffix. It is useful for operating guidance: the manual says preheating is unnecessary, describes manual settings from 40°C to 200°C, and offers an NA34X food table. Philips’s page copy elsewhere advertises a low setting of 100°F, while 40°C converts to about 104°F; because the exact-code-linked manual starts at 40°C, that small source difference is not silently rounded away in the numeric fact. That table shows up to 1,000 g for fries, but Philips’s separate homemade-fries recipe says portions up to 500 g make an even result more likely. Treat chart amounts as starting points and shake or turn food where the instructions call for it; a crowded basket will not cook like a thin layer.
The same EU9 manual gives selectable timer ceilings of up to 24 hours at 40–100°C and up to three hours above 100°C. These are menu ranges, not a recommendation to leave cooking unattended or run a long program just because the timer permits it. For a U.S. owner checking a used unit, follow the appliance’s own rating plate and the correct manual for its code; this EU supply model is not a plug-in substitute for a domestic 120 V fryer.
Cleanup, surfaces and the accessory list
The exact product table says non-stick and dishwasher-safe removable parts. The linked NA34X manual says the pan and basket can go in a dishwasher, asks you to let the appliance cool before cleaning, and warns against metal utensils and abrasive cleaners on the pan. It does not name the coating chemistry or make a PFAS-free claim. If those disclosures are essential to you, this page does not answer them.
Philips lists “N/a” under included accessories. Grill, baking, breakfast and two-layer sets appear in related-accessory rows, which is not evidence that they come in this package. Confirm a seller’s box contents against the exact code rather than assuming that a compatible add-on is included.
Who should consider it, and what changes the answer?
This review is most useful to an existing NA341/00 owner or someone identifying a regional Philips code. It is a poor match for a U.S. shopper who needs documented 120 V / 60 Hz, separate zones, a proven remote-control feature, disclosed coating chemistry or a 400°F-or-higher setting: the table and EU9 family manual both say 200°C (about 392°F), and the exact table says remote control is not available.
For a U.S.-listed Philips windowed single drawer, compare the smaller 4.2 L NA221/00; its reviewed U.S. page states 120 V but does not publish frequency, so that exact detail remains unknown. The COSORI TurboBlaze CAF-DC601-KUS is a U.S.-documented 6 qt single basket with 120 V / 60 Hz, but has no window. For a different two-zone routine, the COSORI TWINFRY CAF-TF901-KUS offers a wide divided drawer rather than a transparent one-basket view. None of these is an electrical or suffix-equivalent NA341/00.
The image below comes from the official Philips gallery asset attached to the exact NA341/00 page. It shows a dark single-drawer appliance with a broad transparent upper window, digital controls and a silver-accented handle. Philips does not state whether the studio image is a photograph or a rendering; check the model code on any individual unit.
